A custom drawer insert is only as good as the measurements provided. To ensure your organizer slides in perfectly without wobbling or jamming, follow these three simple steps.
1. The Golden Rule: Measure the Inside
It sounds simple, but it’s the most common mistake! Do not measure the outside of the drawer or the cabinet opening. Open your drawer and measure the clear internal space of the drawer box itself.
2. Get Your Dimensions
Use a metal measuring tape for the best accuracy (fabric tapes can stretch and lie to you).
Width: Measure from the inside left wall to the inside right wall.
Depth: Measure from the inside of the front panel to the inside of the back panel.
3. Check for Obstructions
Before you hit "Submit," look for any "hidden" hardware that might get in the way:
Drawer Slides: Does your drawer have screws or metal hardware protruding on the inside?
Tapered Sides: Are the walls of your drawer perfectly vertical, or do they slant inward at the bottom?
If your measurement is exact, we recommend subtracting 2mm from your total width and depth. This ensures the insert drops in easily without needing to be forced.

Non-Custom Accessories
For any standard, non-customized items (such as care kits or standalone hardware):
30-Day Window: You may return unused items in their original condition.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required.
Refunds: Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Need to make a change?
If you realize you sent the wrong measurements, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once our craftsmen begin cutting the materials, we are unable to cancel or modify the dimensions.
